Wavecel is committed to making the safest helmet possible. However, no helmet can protect from all injury. Anyone can sustain a head injury with even the very best protection.
WaveCel LLC cannot and does not warrant that a person wearing a helmet with WAVECEL will never suffer any concussion or other injuries from a collision, fall, or blow to the head. No helmet, including helmets equipped with WAVECEL technology, can protect the wearer from all injuries. The helmet wearer assumes all risks, including bodily injuries or death, arising from participation in athletic, recreational, and other activities while wearing a WAVECEL helmet.

Both, the cellular liner itself, as well as the WaveCel protection system are proprietary technologies secured by international patent applications.
